Bayram tatlısı denilince akla ilk gelen baklavanın fiyatı cep yakıyor. Baklavacılar maliyetlerin arttığına dikkat çekerken, kaliteli bir cevizli baklavanın kilogramı 600-700 TL arasında, fıstıklı baklava ise 750-850 TL arasında satılıyor.
Bu da oldu: Boş baklava, dilim karpuz ve boş tosttan sonra sıra onda!
Gıdadaki yüksek fiyatlar vatandaşları zorlarken; meyve, sebze, et, süt, ekmek, yumurta başta olmak üzere neredeyse zamlanmayan ürün kalmadı. Fiyat artışlarına karşı firmalar çeşitli yöntemler uygulamaya devam ediyor. Bu kez şaşırtan uygulama zeytinyağı için geldi.

Ramazan ayında sağlıklı beslenmek için tatlı tüketimine dikkat edilmesi gerektiğini söyleyen Diyetisyen Serkan Aksoy, “İçeriğinde glukoz şurubu, mısır şurubu ve fruktoz şurubu içeren, kapalı şekilde satılan düşük maliyetli tatlılardan uzak durulmalıdır. Ayrıca, obezite ve metabolik sendromdan korunmak için fazla kalori alımına neden olan baklava, kadayıf ve şerbetli tatlılar aşırı tüketilmemelidir” dedi.
