# 12 Alleged Isıl Militants Captured In Southeastern Border Town
\- In Elbeyli district southeastern province of Kilis bordering Syria, four people of Turkish origin and 8 foreigners were detained, claimed to be militants affiliated to outlawed Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), official statement of Kilis Governorate announced.
Kilis Governorate told judiciary and administrative investigations have been launched regarding these suspects.
