Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas says Juan Mata would grace any side in the world, as the Blues close in on the signing of the Valencia midfielder.
Mata is expected to join Chelsea in a deal worth 27 million euros (£23.5m) and reportedly held talks with Villas-Boas on Friday to explore the role he will be asked to perform at Stamford Bridge.
